SHIPPING POLICY

At Verandah Candle Company, every candle is crafted with care and intention — and we want that same attention to detail to extend to your delivery experience.

 

Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your candle begins its journey to you.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50!

 

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your candle’s adventure home.

 

Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship domestically within the U.S. We hope to expand our reach soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!

 

Packaging

Your candle will arrive thoughtfully packaged in eco-friendly materials that protect your purchase and reflect our love of nature and sustainability.

 

Delays & Issues

While we strive to ship on time, unexpected delays in transport may occur due to weather or carrier issues. If your package hasn’t made it to you within 10 business days of shipping, don’t worry — just reach out to us at laurie@verandahcandlecompany.com and we’ll happily look into it for you.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your candle as much as we loved making it. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your candle purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and in new (unburned) condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return reach out to us at laurie@verandahcandlecompany.com and we’ll send you instructions on how to ship the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. After receiving your return in new condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from the day we receive your return for it to be processed. Once your return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

At Verandah Candle Company, we strive for perfection and 100% customer satisfaction. If something’s off, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.  If your candle arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at laurie@verandahcandlecompany.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a quick photo — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
