Verandah Candle Company is a woman-owned small business located in Northport, New York, offering luxuriously scented 100% soy candles at affordable price points. What began as a simple way to reconnect with nature and bring its clean feeling that I loved so much into my home, I started pouring soy candles—simple, clean, and delicately infused with natural scents from the outdoors. Eventually as interest in my candles grew and I started to learn that so many others wanted nature inspired scents for their homes, Verandah Candle Company was created. The name Verandah comes from the moments I love most — sitting outside, surrounded by nature, letting the air, the light, and the quiet settle in. A verandah is a place where you slow down, breathe deeply, and feel the gentle embrace of the outdoors. That feeling is at the heart of every candle I pour. Each of our candles is hand poured with care to capture the quiet beauty of nature, creating a small way to hold onto a feeling of calm from the outdoors while enjoying the comfort it brings to everyday life.
